หาก All New Honda Scoopy 160cc เปิดตัวจริง ก็จะกลายเป็นรถสกู๊ตเตอร์รุ่นเล็กที่มีเครื่องยนต์ที่ใหญ่ที่สุดในตลาดไทย โดยจะใช้เครื่องยนต์ eSP+ 160cc จาก Honda PCX160 ที่ให้กำลัง 15.4 แรงม้าและแรงบิด 14.6 นิวตันเมตร ซึ่งจะช่วยให้รถมีอัตราเร่งและความเร็วที่ดีขึ้นกว่ารุ่นเดิมที่ใช้เครื่องยนต์ 110cc
นอกจากเครื่องยนต์ที่ใหญ่ขึ้นแล้ว All New Honda Scoopy 160cc ยังอาจมาพร้อมกับฟีเจอร์ใหม่ๆ เช่น ระบบ Idling Stop, ระบบเบรก ABS, ช่องชาร์จ USB, และแดชบอร์ดแบบดิจิทัล
