Kawasaki Meguro K3 250 เป็นรถมอเตอร์ไซค์สไตล์คลาสสิก เน้นรูปลักษณ์ภายนอกที่เรียบง่าย แต่แฝงไว้ด้วยความหรูหรามีระดับในสไตล์ญี่ปุ่น โดยมีการออกแบบที่ผสมผสานระหว่างความทันสมัยและความคลาสสิกเข้าไว้ด้วยกันได้อย่างลงตัว มาพร้อมเครื่องยนต์ขนาด 249cc 1 สูบ ระบายความร้อนด้วยอากาศ จ่ายน้ำมันเชื้อเพลิงด้วยระบบหัวฉีด ให้กำลังสูงสุด 18 แรงม้า (PS) ที่ 8,000 รอบต่อนาที และแรงบิดสูงสุด 21 นิวตันเมตร (Nm) ที่ 6,500 รอบต่อนาที ส่งกำลังด้วยเกียร์ 5 สปีด
ในส่วนของระบบกันสะเทือนด้านหน้าเป็นแบบเทเลสโคปิก ส่วนด้านหลังเป็นแบบสวิงอาร์มทำงานร่วมกับโช้คอัพเดี่ยว โดยมีระยะยุบตัวของโช้คอัพหน้า 125 มิลลิเมตร และโช้คอัพหลัง 120 มิลลิเมตร ส่วนระบบเบรกด้านหน้าและด้านหลังเป็นดิสก์เดี่ยว ขนาด 290 มิลลิเมตร และ 220 มิลลิเมตร ตามลำดับ พร้อมระบบเบรก ABS ทั้งหน้าและหลัง
